On this page we list suggestions of things an individual can do to affect the direction of our community, commonwealth, and country.

Please send your suggestions to info@kfire.us and I will see to it that they are published on this page.

  1. Pray! If you believe in God, ask for His help, His intervention for our country. Believe He will hear and answer.
  2. Become a member and tell at least 5 friends and neighbors about KFIRE.us. Email them, call them, fax them, talk with them face to face. Gaining more members is our first goal.
  3. Print your own KFIRE brochures entitled, "The Future of Our Children and Our Neighborhoods is in Danger" and pass them out to family, friends, and neighbors. Note: these are full color brochures but you can print them in black and white by simply changing your printing options in your printer setup. Recommended paper weight: 24 minimum to 48 pound maximum. There are light fold marks on the inside page to help you in making a tri-fold. They can be easily mailed, just add stamp and address.
  4. Lobby (Read these Lobbying tips from ALIPAC) Governor Beshear and your Legislator and Senator http://www.lrc.ky.gov/ with phone calls, faxes, emails, and personal visits. Tell him you are with KFIRE and what you want to see happen or not happen to our Commonwealth. Initiating, recommending 287(g) for the entire state would be essential. http://governor.ky.gov/contact.htm
