Subject: Illegal Immigration Legislation 
 

 Dear Rep. Kathy Stein, 
 I have attended both hearings by the Judiciary Committee on HB304. I have heard 
 the pleas from the citizens who have spoken for our elected leaders to enact laws 
 that would protect citizens from crime committed by illegal aliens, provide safety from the 
 fear of personal identity theft, protect taxpayers from the ever increasing cost 
 of social and medical services given to illegal individuals who have  broken our federal 
 laws to be here, establish a participation in E-verify for honest contractors who want 
 to abide by the law of not hiring illegal aliens and assure struggling taxpayers that their 
 hard earned money will not be tapped into to provide services for illegal aliens that 
 they cannot provide for their own families. 

 Surely you and your colleagues hear us. Surely you will come to our aid.  The " rule of law" 
 and "unity of one common language (English)" has  been the bulwark for this wonderful land 
 we call America. Please be a part of preserving this  National heritage in our Commonwealth.. 
 Please advise me and the citizens of this commonwealth what is so reprehensible about 
 HB304 which addresses some of the above pleas. I await your reply.
