Illegal aliens have overrun the horse industry. Illegals are

Regarding Illegal Immigration May I note first, that one million legal immigrants enter legally into the United States every year, spending all the necessary time and expense, being good citizens in their own countries. Godly deeds must follow this basic principle of Christ. “Love works no ill to his neighbor.” (Rom 13:10) If we encourage those who have violated immigration laws to stay in the U.S., we do wrong and are doing ill to our neighbor. Peter, tells us, "Submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake: whether it be to the king, as supreme; 14 Or unto governors, as unto them that are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers, and for the praise of them that do well. 15 For so is the will of God.” Good laws that protect our neighbor are mirrored in SB 6, simply encouraging state and local authorities to participate in the enforcement process. We would be assisting the feds in what is impossible for them to do by themselves, assisting in the capture of hundreds of suspected alien terrorists, over 500,000 absconders (those ordered to deport who have fled and melted back into society - numbers from 2009 ), and hundreds of thousands of other violent and non-violent criminal aliens. This is good and right and helps protect our citizens. The foreigner who is ignorant of our laws says, “Si, se pueda.” Yes we can, but Paul admonishes him to “put himself under the authority of the higher powers, because there is no power which is not of God, and all powers are ordered by God.” (Rom 13:1) The United States say to the illegal alien, “No, you cannot. You must obey our laws to be a good person.” Paul says, “if you do evil, have fear; for the sword is not in his hand for nothing: he is God's servant, making God's punishment come on the evil-doer. (Rom 13:4) Let me repeat, "Love works no ill to his neighbor." (Rom 13:10) Illegal aliens work ill to their neighbors constantly, stealing identities, buying and using forged documents, lying to employers, lying to government entities, lying on taxes, lying to Americans in general. They demand rights, but abuse the rights of others. They covet, lie, cheat, and steal. They bear false witness continually, yet somehow, these are said to be "good people?" The modern day Pharisee practices love that works ill to their neighbor. Not only do they support illegal immigration, but they say it is good to do so, calling evil good and good evil. They tempt their congregants to follow their ways and violate the laws of the land and the moral laws of God. They go beyond preaching the gospel of repentance and basic charitable giving when they assist suspected illegal aliens to get jobs and find housing and even obtain welfare; they place themselves in jeopardy and violation of federal laws and encourage theft by deception. Not all who call Jesus, “Lord” are following his ways (Matt 7:21). True love works no ill towards its neighbor.

KY House Committee on Local Govt. Hears Senate Bill 6 Wednesday, Chairman Riggs allowed Senator Schickel to introduce the Senate version of an Arizona style immigration bill. The Senator made a strong case for his bill noting that we must not allow Kentucky to become a sanctuary state. He noted his willingness to introduce amendments to the bill to remove some of the more controversial language. His willingness to work with the Democrats in the House was notable. Many committee members, however, seemed determined to focus only on the cost of jailing all the illegal aliens, Rep. Lee, and Rep. Stimm being exceptions. Rep. Sinnette spoke with clarity regarding the E-verify approach and Sen Schickel did not agree, but at least this discussion had a semblance of actual concern for the issues at hand. Evidently they admit there is a large number of illegal aliens present in Kentucky. The exact number no one seems to know. Perhaps that's because they have not attempted to discover that information. Neither have they yet discovered that actual current cost of illegal immigration to Kentuckians. Cathy Flaig of the Northern Kentucky Tea Party and Douglas Roy of Kentuckians for Immigration Reform and Enforcement, were poised and ready to speak to this issue as they sat with Senator Schickel, but were not allowed to speak by the Chairman. The testimony received was only from those who believed they would be negatively affected by the measure, but the general population, the citizens, were unable at the meeting to make notes to the contrary. The meeting appeared to be rigged from the beginning to give a negative viewpoint to the press regarding SB 6 and it seems to have succeeded, to the detriment of Kentuckians. But this debate is not over, as it continues next Wednesday, same time, same place, in Annex room 131 at 12 noon. Perhaps a few citizens will be allowed to address the committee whose salary they pay. Roy had a short speech prepared noting the fiscal and traumatic cost to Kentuckians which you may read now:

Costs of Illegal Immigration in Kentucky
Honorable Chairman Riggs and Honorable Representatives of the people, ladies and gentlemen, I am honored to speak with you today regarding the impact of Senate Bill 6 on the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Much has been said regarding the enforcement cost, but I would like to speak about two greater costs: The fiscal and traumatic burden placed upon Kentuckians. This is not a myth. The problems are real. They affect Kentuckians’ lives, jobs, and pocketbooks. Currently we have an unemployment rate estimated at 10.3%[1]. Some 200,000 unemployed or under employed Kentuckians are struggling to survive in hard economic times. They are the least able to bear this fiscal impact of criminal aliens. Many jobs once done by hard working Kentuckians have gone to illegal aliens who are able to work for a much cheaper wage. Illegal aliens do not bear the same costs and responsibilities of law abiding citizens. Their employers pocket the difference while thousands of Kentuckians stay unemployed. The Federation for American Immigration Reform did a cost analysis in 2010[2] on the impact of illegal immigration in the United States. For Kentucky, the study was done using state data and an estimated 45,000 illegal aliens and 8,800 of their U.S. born children, and that number, in my opinion, is far too conservative. The subsidies include: education, health care, the justice system costs, welfare, food assistance, and so on. The net cost to Kentuckians to subsidize just one illegal alien is $5,700! That’s $308 million dollars per year! Money meant to help our own citizens is, instead, going to subsidize thousands of criminal aliens. But that is only part of the cost. Not mentioned in that study was the individual cost of pain, heartache, and financial ruin dumped upon Kentuckians. Some have been hit by unlicensed and uninsured drivers; some exposed to heretofore eradicated diseases[3]; some whose lives have been upended by aliens who have stolen their social security number. Identity theft is an epidemic and forty million social security cards have been compromised![4] Then there are the children and adults whose lives, sadly, have been dramatically devastated: molested, raped, robbed, or murdered by violent alien criminals[5]. This is not to mention a vast majority of citizens vexed by illegal aliens constantly snubbing our laws.[6] Accidents can happen to anyone, but it is no accident that illegal aliens end up in Kentucky. They are drawn here by sanctuary policies of various counties and cities that want their cheap labor and refuse to screen their immigration status. The Kentucky Legislature must level the playing field for law abiding businesses and create and maintain conditions that encourage these people to self deport. Senate Bill 6 will help do that. Honorable Chairman Riggs and Honorable Representatives of the Kentucky people, I urge you to support this measure and vote yes for Senate Bill 6. KY Legislature Fires Both Barrels at Illegal
Immigration The Kentucky Legislature is poised to join Arizona, Missouri, Oklahoma, and many other states to stand up against illegal immigration! January 4th, the KY Senate introduced SB 6, an AZ style bill against illegal immigration. The Kentucky House joined in the illegal immigration fight by putting forth HB 3, a bill to encourage the use of federal authorization programs to check the names and numbers of potential employees. This bill would only affect contractors employed by the government or public agencies, but it's an excellent and welcome start!

Dear President Obama, I'm planning to move my family and extended family into Mexico for my wife's health, and I would like to ask you to assist me. We're planning to simply walk across the border from the U.S. into Mexico, and we'll need your help to make a few arrangements.. We plan to skip all the legal stuff like visas, passports, immigration quotas and laws. I'm sure they handle those things the same way you do here. So, would you mind telling your buddy, President Calderon, that I'm on my way over? Please let him know that I will be expecting the following: Free medical care for my entire family. English-speaking government bureaucrats for all services I might need, whether I use them or not. All Mexico government forms, printed in Spanish, need to also be printed in English. I want my kids to be taught Spanish by English-speaking (bi-lingual) teachers. Schools need to include classes on American culture and history. I want my kids to see the American flag flying on the top of the flag pole at their school. Please plan to feed my kids at school for both breakfast and lunch. I will need a local Mexican driver's license so I can get easy access to government services. I do plan to get a car and drive in Mexico, but I don't plan to purchase car insurance, and I probably won't make any special effort to learn local traffic laws. In case one of the Mexican police officers does not get the memo from their president to leave me alone, please be sure that every patrol car has at least one English-speaking officer. I plan to fly the US flag from my house top, put US flag decals on my car, and have a gigantic celebration on July 4th. I do not want any complaints or negative comments from the locals. I would also like to have a nice job without paying any taxes, or have any labor or tax laws enforced on any business I may start. Please have the president tell all the Mexican people to be extremely nice and never say a critical thing about me or my family, or about the strain we might place on their economy. I know this is an easy request because you already do all these things for all his people who come to the U.S. from Mexico .
